Our glacage and curls design is made with layers of chocolate sponge and chocolate ganache finished with a smooth chocolate glacage. Handmade chocolate curls decorate the design with an inscription of your choice piped on a chocolate tag.

Interior flavours: chocolate sponge layered with either milk chocolate ganache or dark chocolate ganache

Chocolate curls either: dark, milk or white
