Dearest Customers
It is with sad hearts that Fred and I have taken the decision to temporarily close Robineau this Saturday, 28th of March, until further notice. Over the last few weeks we have formulated many plans to be able to continue providing fabulous food to you all. However, for the safety of you, our loyal customers, our team and our own family we feel it’s time to close the door, stay home, and by doing this we are protecting the wider community. This is an approach which we feel everyone should take in order to minimise the impact; it is very much time to take personal responsibility.
We have altered the business structure for the rest of the week as follows :
As of tomorrow
Wednesday 25th March until Saturday, the Shop is open between 10am and 3pm for collection of pre-paid orders only. If you would like to place an order for tomorrow please call our office on 01325 489129. Our office is open till 5pm this afternoon. We have revised the menu so we advise browsing the website prior to phoning. Payment will be required in full on placing the order as the shop is purely a pick up point. All items will be pre boxed and put into bags with a copy of your order ready for you to collect.
Deliveries
we are delivering on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week. Orders can be placed on line at www.robineaudelivered.co.uk. Lead-times for orders are as follows:
For delivery on Thursday order by 12 noon Wednesday
For delivery on Friday order by 12 noon Thursday
For delivery on Saturday order by 12 noon Friday
Office opening times this week up to and including Saturday are 9am - 5pm
Vouchers
Many customers will have vouchers; Afternoon Tea vouchers and also ones with values of £5, £10 and £20. Vouchers will be extended in line with the number of weeks we are closed to allow you to enjoy Robineau when we re-open. Please note this excludes vouchers that are now already out of date. Customers with Afternoon Tea vouchers will be able to use the value against purchases in the shop if they so wish.
Restaurant Nights
All customers have been contacted for our forthcoming restaurant nights which have now been cancelled and deposits are being refunded in full.
As you can imagine we are incredibly busy this week with orders for collection and delivery; many of you are stocking your freezers with Robineau goodies. Please may we ask for your patience as our phone and emails are exceptionally busy. We kindly ask that if you can place your orders online we’d very much appreciate it. Thank you.
