Working At Robineau

We are as passionate about employing the right people to join our team as the food we serve to our customers. Employing bright, motivated and passionate people to create and serve our delicious patisserie, chocolates and celebration cakes is our first priority as everyone who works for us is crucial to the success of our business. With this in mind we take particular care in the training of our new staff enabling them to serve our customers confidently and create dishes with flair.

Your first day at Robineau will comprise firstly of a tour of our premises with introductions to our existing team followed by legalities, uniform standards and then you will be given a 'buddy' who will look after you and be responsible for your training. You will receive a well organised structure of training and support which will help you grow your career.

We encourage our members of staff to achieve our in house training levels and also in some areas of the business apprenticeships and other professional qualifications.
