This eye-catching design is made with our Signature Robineau gateau with moist chocolate sponge layered with a fresh cream chocolate ganache.
The top of the cake is decorated with our delightful homemade Macaroons, a chocolate tag with inscription and ribbon colour of your choice.
Our current macaroon flavours are Raspberry (pink), Sticky Toffee (cream) Mango & Kiwi (yellow) Strawberry (dark pink)
Finished with a chocolate tag and inscription of your choice.

Guidance for Cutting and Storing Your Cake
Before cutting remove all ribbons and decoration.
Always use a sharp serrated knife to cut your cake, cleaning the knife between each cut in hot water.
For chocolate cakes always use hot water to achieve clean non-sticky cuts.

Chocolate cakes must be kept refrigerated.
