We love a bit of heat and in this red chilli pesto we use all of the chilli, seed, pith and all. Fiery yet smooth and not so hot it burns your mouth off! Made to our own recipe in small batches with no artificial additives or preservatives.
Ingredients: Red chillies, extra virgin olive oil, toasted pine nuts, cashew nuts, parmagiano reggiano, grana padano, tomato puree, garlic, pink Himalayan salt
