This scrummy looking cake is made with chocolate sponge layered with a chocolate ganache. The gateau is firstly covered with a thin layer of marzipan and then finished with a dark chocolate velvet finish. Handmade dark chocolate ribbons and bows decorate the top of this design.
Finished with an inscription of your choice.

Guidance for Cutting and Storing Your Cake
Before cutting remove all ribbons and decoration.
Always use a sharp serrated knife to cut your cake, cleaning the knife between each cut in hot water.
For chocolate cakes always use hot water to achieve clean non-sticky cuts.

Chocolate cakes must be kept refrigerated.
