Inspired by the cows that would eat wild garlic as they looked out to sea. The girls had a swell idea!

Sharpham Rustic was first hand-made some 40 years ago in the coachyard of the 18th century Sharpham House, from the milk of Jersey cows brought by train from Essex to a valley overlooking the River Dart. From estuary to estuary, the richness of Sharpham Rustic complemented by two herbs.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow’s Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Starter Cultures, Peniciliium Candidam, Dried Dulse, Dried Sea Lettuce
