At Robineau we handmake our biscuits with all butter recipes that melt in the mouth.
This parcel has three favourites…Our Chocolate and Almond Macaroons, a hand piped macaroon mix with ground almonds, egg whites and sugar baked until golden brown in the oven and when cool, sandwiched together with moorish chocolate buttercream. Our best-selling all butter Viennese Whirls are absolutely delicious. The third biscuit is our Madagascan rounds, with lots of vanilla, edged in demerara sugar before being baked.
